How it Works

HomeFresh Organics offer a FREE home delivery service for our setbox customers.  We are able to waive our normal delivery fee because we have coordinated delivery schedules for areas around Brisbane.  This means we save on delivery costs by grouping deliveries for an area together.

You'll also find that you can save 15-30% off your normal supermarket prices because we buy in bulk direct from the markets and a number of selected suppliers.

Imagine...no more battling it out with the supermarket crowd to get your staples.  Your produce is delivered every week or fortnight direct to your door.

When you sign up for our service you choose:

- the size of box you want
- organic or conventional produce
- how frequently you want a delivery
- what's in your box
- how you want to pay
- additional extras from our general store

*Please be aware that the set box delivery is an ongoing automatic delivery. Any cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 2 business days prior to your next delivery.

We have two box sizes available in both our conventional and organic produce:

* Conventional
Medium - $37.50
Large - $47.50

* Organic
Medium - $54.50
Large - $69.50

What's in the box?

The boxes are made up of a range of core produce that are available all year round and purchased fresh each week.  This includes produce like potatoes, pumpkins, carrots, apples, bananas and more.

The boxes also comprise a range of seasonal fruit and vegetables chosen based on availability, quality and price.

We prefer to purchase produce when it's in season as this not only means we can offer the best quality produce but we can also offer the best value for money.

Customising Your Box

You can tailor your box to suit your own needs and diet.  If there are particular fruit and vegetables that you do not want to receive in your box then you can add them to your product preferences page.

You can also customise your box on a week by week basis.  Once we know what will be in next week's list we will notify you by email that your box is ready to be customised.  You can then click on the link in the email and change your box as you'd like.

Changes can only be made to your box up to 48 hours before delivery.

Delivery Options

You can choose to receive a box weekly or fortnightly.

Our drivers will place your box in a shady area near your front door.  Or if you'd prefer, you can request other areas around your house for us to leave your goods.

We also cater for alternative delivery destinations if your home is not suitable.

Extra Produce

We offer a range of other products, such as dairy, eggs and juice, that you can also add on to your box order.  You can browse the other products we have on offer by going to Our General Store.

Additional items only qualify for free delivery if they accompany a  fruit and vegetable box delivery.  Unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery for additional items by themselves unless you are placing a dedicated internet order (this involves a delivery fee of $7.70).

If you are interested in our dairy products and are unlikely to be home when we deliver then it's a good idea to make sure an esky is left out for us to place your dairy products into. Heat sensitive products like dairy usually struggles to withstand the Queensland heat if left out for an extended period.
